Whether it's a corporate event, a trade show, a convention, or any big corporate event that you want great images of, you can book it right here.
All New Orleans event photography sessions include unlimited images and an online gallery where participants can view images, as well as purchase prints, books, etc. if they choose — and you can download the high-res image files directly from the gallery. Two hour minimum.
Marc Pagani and his associate photographers love to document your important events, such as parties, corporate events, and conventions. Contact us to inquire about availability, then you can book directly through this site. Note that because Marc Pagani Photography sets aside the date and time of your event and does not book any other shoots during that time, session fees are non-refundable.

QUESTIONS ABOUT THIS SESSION
- How many hours of event coverage should we book?
- We require a two-hour minimum. Most evening galas, cocktail parties, and corporate dinners run between 2 and 4 hours. Multi-day conventions, trade shows, and corporate retreats are quoted per day or multi-hour block based on your detailed run of show.
- Can you deliver select highlight photos the same night for press and social media?
- Yes. We regularly provide a curated same-night or next-morning highlight selection (typically 15 to 30 color-corrected images) so your marketing team can post to social channels, update sponsors, and distribute to local or national press while event buzz is at its peak.
- Do you carry commercial venue liability insurance (COI)?
- Yes. Marc Pagani Photography carries comprehensive commercial general liability insurance. We can issue a Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming your hotel, convention center, historic venue, or corporate host as an additional insured within 24 to 48 hours of booking.
- Will you work from a specific shot list and run of show?
- Absolutely. We collaborate with your event planner or marketing director ahead of time to capture all key milestones: VIP handshakes, keynote speakers, award presentations, branded step-and-repeat backdrops, and sponsor signage, all while documenting natural, candid moments of your guests.
- How are our event photos delivered, and can guests access them?
- All high-resolution edited images are delivered in a private, password-protected online gallery with unlimited high-res downloads and full commercial marketing rights. You can also share the gallery link with attendees, sponsors, and partners so they can view images and order prints.
- Can you provide a second photographer for large conferences or multi-room events?
- Yes. For large-scale conventions at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center or events spread across multiple ballrooms and courtyards, Marc can coordinate trusted associate photographers to ensure comprehensive coverage across every breakout room and reception.
